If the client is not satisfied with the broker or shipper then the agent will look for another broker or shipper. Done with a load? What's next? Once the previous load is done, our dispatcher will make sure that they have a pre-plan load ready for the client, so as soon as the previous load did another load will be ready for rolling without wasting time.
